- Remote connect to computers for advanced troubleshooting
- Set up holiday schedules, access levels and new users
- Answers to minor programming issues
- Schedule service calls
- Service Agreement Customers: No additional charge
- Partner Plan Customers: Deduct from plan in 15-minute increments
- Non-contract Customers: $32.25 per 15-minute increment
2. 24/7 Emergency Support
About 24/7 Emergency Support
Technicians are available for remote or onsite service and support. Tier 1 technicians are supported by Tier 2 technicians when needed. Get remote support before rolling a truck.
Customers without a contract are billed after-hours rates for service calls outside of normal business hours.
